At Love & Staging, we find joy in the little things, the way a room feels when the light hits just right, or how the perfect chair can balance out a space. We work with the character of your home to tell a story that helps buyers feel something the moment they walk in. Our goal is to create designs that feel both stylish and welcoming, and yes, we’re a little obsessed with live plants.
We’re known for our plant installations, which are kind of our signature. We pick them out locally, keep them happy and healthy, and mix in fresh greens in vases to give every home a little life. We also visit each property every week to water, fluff, straighten, and make sure everything still feels just right.
We also offer partial staging, which means we work with what the homeowner already has, and that’s something not many staging companies in the Bay Area do. It’s personal, creative, and honestly pretty rewarding. You can check out some of our favorite before-and-after shots right here on the site.
Where We Are Located.
Our warehouse is at 801 Camelia Street in Berkeley, tucked into the Gilman Street District. We love being part of this little pocket of the city — close to home, full of good energy, and never too far from a great coffee.

Hi! I’m Courtney Archibald, the heart behind Love & Staging. I’ve always believed that a well-styled home can tell a story, spark a feeling, and help people imagine their next chapter. What started as a love for beautiful spaces turned into a full-blown staging business rooted in creativity, intention, and a lot of live plants.
Ethos
When it comes to staging a house, we do not “set it and forget it.” Our obsession with the way the rooms look extends far beyond the install date & picture day. We visit every week to water the plants, straighten lines, pick up toys in kiddo rooms, the works! Everything will look fresh every week, never stale or stagnant.
Days
I spend most days bouncing between listings, fluffing pillows, watering plants, and making sure everything looks and feels just right. I’m based in Berkeley’s Gilman Street District and love being part of this creative little corner of the city.
